Matthew Request for approval for BinderHub resources for PyHEP 2021
Proposal: If okay, follow same format of last year for PyHEP 2020 where Matthew made PRs to allocate resources and Tim and Chris reviewed
Feedback: Approved. Note to Matthew: Tag Sarah Gibson and Callum Mole on the PyHEP 2021 requests
From PyHEP side, Binder was huge success at PyHEP 2020.
